The collection of books, including this one, are made for young children, but surely most kids wouldn't be that interested in the villains? At first this book might appeal to the nearly always 'older' Pokemon fan (more specifically Team Rocket fan), but 'Team Rocket Blasts Off!' portrays Team Roket wrongly and in my opinion definitely wouldn't impress them. We want to see Team Rocket in their true light, not be portrayed as childish AND evil characters that don't deserve their own book. I was disappointed by this, but if you're still a child and you like Team Rocket, there's no reason against you purchasing this book. On a more positive note, there are lovely pictures, even if they ae in black and white.

I didn't enjoy this book, it portrayed Jessie James and Meowth to be evil and heartless. They have proven many times on the show that they are not either of these things. However, I did like they way it told you WYDS (what you didn't see) in the episode. Not recomened for Rocketshippers like me.
