4.0 out of 5 stars Work Book to Guide you into Sharmanism 27 April 2000
This was the first 'workbook' that I have encountered on Sharmanistic Practise, and reading through it, I found it both prefound and insightful. I haven't actually done any of the exercises out of the book, but Lynn does guide you through in a safe manner.
Just need to do it now.

5.0 out of 5 stars As usual, Lynn V. Andrews weaves her magic! 7 Mar 2001
By A Customer - Published on Amazon.com
From the first book I've read of Lynn V. Andrews works, starting from Woman of Wyrrd and not in order, Medicine Woman, Crystal Woman, Star Woman, Jaguar Woman, and all the others, I find that I could not put any of her books down until I got to absorb every detail and experience. She has brought me enlightenment by awakening my eyes to significant events and similar situations that equate to mine. In this book, this teaches us about our animal spirit, the south, west, east and north wheel where she had described from Star Woman that east represents the rational thinking while the west is the emotional, the south; physical and the north, the spiritual and enlightenment. There is so much to learn from each of her books and this one is no exception. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the truth within us.

5.0 out of 5 stars A GREAT workbook 17 Oct 2009
By Susan Gregg - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
I have long been a fan of Lynn Andrews work. She was kind enough to write a blurb for one of my earlier books. I would highly recommend this book for someone who wants to do more than just read about shamanism.

If you took the time to work through all the exercises your experience of life and ability to access your inner wisdom would expand exponentially.

This is a must for any one serious about expanding their experiences with shamanism, not a read but a workbook to experience.

5.0 out of 5 stars Teachings Around the Sacred Wheel 8 Feb 2013
By Delia Tamez - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
All of Lynn Andrews books takes the reader on a journey of self-awareness and spiritual enlightment. They are hard to put down and I find myself going back to them for comparison and guidance as I walk my path. However, Teachings Around the Sacred Wheel provides the reader even more. This book can serve the reader as a workbook if the reader takes the time to do the exercises.

I couldn't find one good thing in the book. I'm going to give mine to my library. It seemed incomplete and was not interesting.
