This tutorial CD is well presented and well structured. I found it easy to navigate and easy to take in. It's tutorials are in understandable language and to the point. These are followed by an interactive exercise for about 80% of the content.
It has an uncanny ability to clearly and simply demonstrate aspects of Outlook which could otherwise have been abit more harder for the user to understand.
I have not progressed through the complete CD but am overall satisfied with my purchase. However, although I have given this 4-stars, there is always room for improvement.
If you are new to Outlook, this is a great place to start, its a bargain.
