You can't argue with a set of tutorials covering the whole ECDL qualification for this price. However, the Amazon page does not make clear that this CD-ROM covers the outdated syllabus, ECDL Version 4.0; the current spec is 5.0 . It's still a useful resource - the syllabus is largely the same, but check with an up-to-date textbook or the British Computer Society to see the most recent syllabus. Note also that this CD-ROM shows exercises using Office 2003, but you can sit the ECDL using Office 2007, or Lotus at some test centres.
I found this software inflexible because you cannot fast-forward through the tutorials if you already know the subject material. It takes a lot longer to listen to a whole spiel about how to save a file, than it does to skim over a chapter in a book and see what you already know. You can look through the menu and select only the tutorials that you are interested in, but without being able to skim through, it's not always clear which you will need to work through. Therefore using this CD as your main resource for ECDL might not be a very efficient use of time, but it could be great to fill in gaps in your knowledge, revise specific problem areas, or cover new material.
Positive points: the tutorials are interactive - you are asked to do small exercises within the tutorial. The presenter has a very clear English accent which I found nice to listen to. The explanations are clear and thorough. A lot of content for the price.
Overall I think this is a great supplementary resource, but it is important to check it against the current syllabus.
