4.0 out of 5 stars very useful reference 19 April 2009
Format:Paperback
I have been using this book as a reference for assignments on my DTLLS course. It has been extremely helpful in the areas that we have been focussing on, and includes a wide range of chapters. It is reader friendly and contains tasks, which I haven't done, but do make me stop and reflect on how I would approach the task, if I had the time. I would recommend this book to anyone studying CTLLS and DTLLS because it is up to date and very relevant to the topics covered on these courses.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Product 16 Oct 2009
Format:Paperback
I recently purchased this book from Amazon & I'm doing my DTLLS Qualification and I must admit that this book is amazing..... it's perfect for anyone who is studying DTLLS, the reason I say this is becuase in the book it gives you kinda a Senario/Case Study which is of an event and it can help you understand things from a better prospectus.

I purchased this book becuase it was recommended to me by comments on here, my lecturers at college and City & Guilds the Examination Board.

If you're doing DTLLS, If your unsure whether or not to purchase, I would borrow a copy from your college library and you can see how good this product is. I only purchased mine on 10/10/2009 and when it arrived on Wed 14th October 2009 I've red it and used it regually.

RECOMMENDED PURCHASE. WONT BE DISAPPOINTED
