Teaching Assistants The Complete Handbook is a must for anyone interested in the topic. I find it very helpful and practical. It's also easy to read, unlike many academic books. I appreciate the Key reading section after every chapter, which gives me suggestions to any further reading.

Must have 11 Dec 2010
By Tim B
Format:Paperback
Brilliant book, it's not necessary to read it from cover to cover, though you will probably want to,you can dip in and out of it as required. Easy to read with information on most aspects of the role of a teaching assistant. I'm now in the second year of my degree and still find it a really useful source of information.
