Product Description

It's not easy being part of Ginger's family when you¹re allergic to cats - three of them love cats and five of them are cats.

Ginger tries to be good, but it's not easy when your new best friend is a fierce looking stray dog. It gets even harder when the school principal starts trying to kill your best friend. But Ginger manages to save the dog and expose Mr Napier for the phoney he is.

This book is a real pleasure to read last thing at night as a bedtime story, very witty and written to amuse children yet not bore adults to tears. Is good challenge to get an Austrialian accent going too!

A Pretty Good Book 15 April 2006
A Kid's Review - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
I read this book manily because we HAD to pick out a book to read at school, and this looked pretty funny. And it was. Ginger, who is alergic to cats, ends up walking to school with her sisters bag because she forgot it, and she had snuck he cat in there. Then she meets a stray dog, asks it if its hungrey, and when it sees the cat, it starts licking its teeth and following her. So she runs to school.

When she gets there, the assistant princable takes her sisters bag and opens it, and because hes mainly bald, the cat tears and scrates at his head. Thats when it all starts.

Because the assistent principal doesnt like ginger, and when the prinncipal gets bitten by a dog in the dark, the assistant princpal becaumes principal. Then the real principal is too upset to go back to work, the assistant principal becomes the real one, and tries to have ginger moved from the school. In the end, she doesnt, and she finds homes for tons of stary dogs. Kind of long, a bit funny, and its a pretty good book, and I recomend it.
