Alice Muir's book tackles the topic of relaxation in a thorough and easy to read way. There are many different approaches to reducing stress and I was able to try a variety of them before deciding on the ones that suited me best. No longer will I be 'forcing' myself to relax, instead I will be simply letting myself go and allowing relaxation to come. I wish this book had been available years ago and I'm sure many other readers will also benefit from this practical and informed piece of writing. Thank you Alice!

What a well written book on the subject that has ruled my life.How often i was told "just relax" by my family,but it's easier said than done.I now have the 'tools' from this very informative book to 'just relax'
This is a book that is help at last, for someone like me who would be able to get back into the big wide world once i can relax and stop worrying about every little thing.

For many of us relaxation is something we often give up in favour of getting the next task done! However Alice Muir has provided us with an easy to read and comprehensive book that will change your thinking on that. The book encourages you by showing that relaxation is not difficult to do or learn and that we don't need to feel guilty. Alice offers proven techniques to try out and highlights the benefits, including recharging our energy. These techniques really work. I use them myself and have incorporated them into the Stress and Relaxation workshops I run. Clients really appreciate the techniques. Well done to the author and many thanks for a well written and helpful book.
