About the Author
Jackie Arnold is a professional voice coach who runs a Business Development Coaching Consultancy in addition to being a keynote speaker. She worked in BBC Broadcasting for a number of years as presenter, producer, singer and voice coach, and is a member of the Voice Network in addition to being a qualified toastmaster.

Great structured contents and very easy to find what you need by the Tables of Contents.
With practical tips including the highlighted insights in each session, the book also included the preparation part so that readers can enhance skills and learn new techniques.
Basically I found sample speeches for literally almost ALL occasions (such as the "normal" ones like birthday, wedding, interview, funeral, retirement, etc, but also video conference, telephone, conversation on personal hobbies)!
I get great value in such a compact book, easy to carry around too! Thank you!!!

Jackie Arnold's "Make a Great Speech" is easy to read, well organized and extremely thorough. The practical advice ranges from understanding the audience and creating great content to overcoming fears of speaking to people. The scenarios are so varied, that there is truly something for everyone. I highly recommend this for someone who does not know where to start as well as someone who wants to polish their technique. I envision myself coming back to this as a reference source again and again into the future. Thank you for a great resource Jackie!
