Well written and easy to understand, your sleepless nights can be over after this good read... Adrian is an NLP Master Practitioner with his own private practice so lots of "practical" experience inspired this much needed 2012 NLP book of the year.

I've had CFS / ME for over four years and, as is typical with this condition, I've had considerable problems with sleeping; most nights having to manage with around 2-3 hours sleep and frequently spending entire nights without sleeping at all

Since reading this book and putting into practice a few of the techniques I now don't have a problem sleeping!

Not only I am sleeping better, but the quality of my sleep is vastly improved.

What was most remarkable about this book was that I began to notice results before I was even a quarter of a way through it!

There are many suggestions and techniques to choose from. Personally I used the ones I found suited me best and they worked beautifully.

Now that my body has readjusted to sleeping well so quickly, I frequently find I fall asleep naturally and that I don't even need to use any of the techniques. However it is reassuring to know that I can if I need to.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone who has insomnia for any reason.

I am very impressed with this book. Traditionally I have steered clear of anything with a hint of self-help about it but, after months of disturbed sleep, I'd had enough. I feel that it's given great value for money - it adopts a friendly concise approach, enabling the reader to understand with ease how insomnia occurs and what you can do about it (rather than being uber-technical). I really like that it's written in a relaxed and accessible way, and although I'm still practising the exercises in the book, my sleep has noticeably improved.
