This is an excellent introduction, taking the reader from beginner to more advanced ideas.
The "risk vs. gain" theme might seem wild to someone ignorant of the true "odds" in such situations, but this book IS correct, and all the positions have been analysed thousands of times by the world's best computers - and players. This marks a step-change from the inaccurate data in the old Molyneux book. Congrats. ;)
