I was lucky enough to come into the contact of the book while undergoing the training from the author himself in India. It was like icing on the cake. Not only he has explained things in a very precise manner but also tried to bring out the most effective way of imparting the knowledge of Business English through his experience accumulated over the years.

The author has taken pains to clarify as many doubts as possible regarding the Business English scenario. The very first question posed in the training session : " HOW DOES ONE DISTINGUISH BETWEEN NORMAL(DAY-TO-DAY)ENGLISH AND BUSINESS ENGLISH ?" was thought provoking and the book keeps up your interest in learning the basic steps from Assessing Needs And Preferences right upto Evaluating and Assessing.

It is really helpful for teachers of Business English with its practical approach. The author has shared his experience to reach out to a vast audience and am sure teachers at the beginning of their careers and the well experienced teachers all would find the book quite helpful in teaching Business English.
