I am recovering from breast cancer. If I am having a bad day and I do the exercises (Ancient Energy Movements) described in the book it definitely helps me feel better.

Reading this book helps me feel more at peace. It also lists all the foods that breast cancer sufferers should eat.

I think it is a brilliant book and I thoroughly recommend it.
