This Cooks Knife from the Professional Knife Collection is a larger version of the 10cm and 15cm sizes that we also stock. Ideal for chopping all types of produce, its robust blade ensures that it slices with the minimum of effort, and remains sharp for long periods of time. It sits neatly in the hand and features the same ergonomic handle as the rest of the Professional range.
· Professional Cooks Knife with a high carbon, non-stain steel blade
· The ergonomic handles are pore-free and seamless making them extremely hygienic
· Each knife features a full Tang to produce perfect balance when in the hand
· This Cooks Knife is part of the extensive Professional range, as is popular with many domestic and professional chefs
· Blade dimensions approximately: 20cm or 8"
· As with all professional knives, we would recommend that they are washed thoroughly straight after use, are sharpened frequently following the manufacturers guidelines and are stored in a suitable environment which is neither harmful to the knife, yourself or those around you
· This knife is not Dishwasher Safe

This is the first really sharp knife I have owned. Right price too. Makes chopping veg really easy, but I still can't chop that fast! The edge is easy to keep sharp and I ususlly sharpen it every other time I use it.

Most people don't know this but the original (and highly award winning) Kitchen Devils Professional range where actually these very same knives. Made in Sheffield by Taylor's Eye witness but branded as Kitchen Devils. You can't get the Kitchen Devils any more (not this style). However the full range is still made my Taylor's Eye witness. So if you have the original Kitchen Devils Professionals then these are the same knives and will match perfectly - they just have a different name on the blade.
As with all this range, they are absolutely superb. I have many knives from many manufacturers and these are without a doubt the best. The handles are correctly shaped to the hand and the blades are "Razor" sharp. One of my Kitchen Devil branded knives states on it, Cobalt, Chromium, and Molybdenum. Do not confuse these with cheap stainless steel, these are a specially designed alloy which makes them very hard and hence they keep their fine razor like edge. When bought new, you can shave with them.
Don't be put off by the price; these are some of the best knives you can buy.

Carves up the Sunday joint a treat. Good item, does just what it says on the tin. The service was very good and fast. would recommend this item to others who are having trouble cutting their meat

Great value for money
Bought this knife for my wife's birthday based on good reviews in 'Which?'. Similar rated knives were £70 or more. The knife has a good weight and balance and ultra sharp blade. Read more

USED SINCE 1981 STILL THE BEST
My original knives in this range are from 1981 the Kitchen Devils Professional range. Many who have used my knives are so impressed that I end up buying them the 20cm Cooks knife... Read more
