Tasty fun 1 July 2009
Format:Paperback
This is the best fun i have had with a crochet pattern book and i have already had requests from family and friends for toy food for their children.
This book is well worth the money and well done to the author.
Easy to follow instructions and if you get lost a glossery of stiches and how to do them in the back.
i would recommend this book to anyone.

Excellent book! 25 May 2010
Format:Paperback
I have just got this book in the post, so I haven't made anything yet, but I can already tell that it's going to be one of my favourite pattern books.
It's split inside into Breakfast(7), Lunch(11), Dinner(7), Dessert(8), and then a small basic crochet section which has explanations and pictures to show you how to do the stitches (uses the US terms), and there are full colour pictures of each project, with some posed next to the original food items to compare them.

Some of the 'Yummy Treats' included are: Bacon, Fried Egg, Pancakes, Pop Tarts/Toaster Pastry, Mini Cheeseburger, Nigiri and Maki Sushi, Pita Pockets with Falafel, Pizza slices, Tacos, Chicken Drumsticks, Chocolate Cake Slice, Ice Cream Cones, Strawberries and Pumpkin Pie

Fun book. 5 Dec 2010
By Very.
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
Some lovely patterns; and quick and easy to do. I'm not overly fussed on the sushi patterns. But overall really nice. Although, it has to be said; if you're intermediate to advanced, and experienced with the basics of amigurmi; then honestly you can make these patterns up yourself. None of the patterns in here are particularly difficult - although, admittedly, sometimes following a pattern is easier than playing around to get the effect you want - and I do love the tacos - very clever.

Lovely book for beginner to intermediate, I would say.
