The awful
While I like the feel of the keyboard to type on, the unforgiveable prblem is that in reality it is rubbish to type on - if you see words missing letters in this review, or a lack of spaces beween words, that is largely because this keyboard has a tendency to miss key strokes. I don't know why this is - I'm not the worlds greatest typist but I haven't hd thi problem with other keyboards

It makes a quiet but noticeable (and annoying) whiny noise when the keyboard LEDs are on
The USB slot is in a stupid place - not really all thatuseable if you have a cramped desk or a keyboard shelf
The screen doesn't have the versatility of the Logitech G15 - something as seemingly simple as a dspla of volume when you change it using the keyboard would have een nice.

Fun:
I pre-ordered a valo prior to UK release. I baught this product based on my positive experience with other Roccat products but was extremely dissapointed. Yes its loaded with features; light customisation, more macro keys than you could ever dream of needing etc. but I believe the product falls down on the basics.
The main issue (In my experience) with this keyboard is if I am typing quickly the keyboard will regularly miss keystrokes. In particular this seems to occur when you are using the same keys in quick sucession.
The lack of Bios support is also frustrating resulting in you always requiring a backup keyboard. In my case the backup quickly became a permenant solution.
