This could be a superb product - the features are fairly well-thought out, the sound quality is better than you'd expect and it's built very solidly. From a reliability point of view it is inexcusably bad. I've had 2 - the first lasted 5 hours before the power button fell off, rendering it inoperable. The second froze up once a fortnight on average, before dying completely just outside of its warranty period. Avoid.
