I found it a very useful tool for confidence building not only for myself but also to help others. It was also very humorous, so sold what it was trying to say in a very easy reading and non confrontational way. I would really recommend it as not only a good read, but also a very helpful tool in enabling one to believe that anything is possible.

What an easy-reading, practical guide! It's full of common sense tips, checklists and advice on being the best you can be in the complex world of work (and enjoying it more too). I've sent copies to numerous 'Janes' who've found it extremely valuable. Once you've read it, it's also a great reference book. I've referred back to it twice in recent weeks - once when I was in danger of sliding into 'Poor Me' syndrome, and once before a big interview (I got the job!).

Anyone looking to advance their career may enjoy reading the inspiring stories of role models, practically bundled with numerous exercises and tips for success in this newly published, fun book. It's certainly recommended reading whilst wearing cashmere socks! A fabulous reflection of Margot's personality with some simply brilliant exercises to help you make sense of the brand called you - it is not nonsense!
