Came back from a tradeshow with 100+ business cards and thoguht "there has to be a better way". There is. Plugged-in worked instantly (once I had worked out that the software had picked up another installed scanner as default rather than the card reader). Amazingly accurate. Portrait cards inserted upside down are dealt with well. Only niggle is with the software. (i) Can't change the names of the fields; (ii) there is not automatic first name / last name seperation. You have to use the 'nickname' field; (iii) if the text is in capitals the result is in capitals. Haven't tried exporting yet. Other than that great value.

This product could be so good. Installation was problematic. The scanning process was good but uploading the scanned addresses from the card reader file to either Google or Microsoft Outlook contacts was also difficult and in some cases the data did not copy across.
