I ordered DVD's 1 and 2, and I'm about to order 3 and 4.
So far I've done the two sessions on DVD 1 a few times and watched DVD 2 but not done it yet. DVD 1 has two sessions, one strong and one relaxing. They are both amazing, time flew and I was sad when they finished. How often does that happen with an exercise regime?! The strong session is challenging, but Tara urges you to only go as far as you can; so you don't feel like a failure when you can't achieve a pose, you feel like you're on a journey towards mastering the pose.
I've had Tara's book for about a month now, and I practice the poses I find challenging every night. That practice has really helped me get right into the routines in the DVDs. I've found all Tara's products really accessible, down to earth and easy to follow. Fabulous!
