About the Author

Iyanla Vanzant is the founder and executive director of Inner Visions International and the Inner Visions Institute for Spiritual Development. If your looking for spritual tips on how to improve your life then this is the book for you. I take it with me everywhere its a book you can dip into anytime. The CD is amazing I particulary love the cd about the nail and making changes. I have let my family listen to the CD and they love it too.

Tapping the Power is a spiritual guide through lifes issues. Forgiveness, self-love, respect, empowerment are some of the subjects that Iyanla covers. I could not wait to finish some of the exercises that were set. I can truly say they work and it will have pride of place on the book shelf.
