A great Tapas book for beginners. After falling in love with tapas while I lived in the UK I searched for a good tapas restaurant in Christchurch, NZ and couldn't find one, so I decided to learn how to make my own. I have looked through quite a few different tapas/ Spanish cook books, but the 'Tapas and other Spanish plates to share' was the best one. This tapas book is very simple to follow and includes favourites such as fish, squid, chicken, veg....I would highly recommend this cook book.

Never cooked Tapas before so wanted a book with relatively easy recipes with lots of pictures. The book isn't that thick, nearly 2cm but being a beginner I'm not overwhelmed with too much choice like some books, there is a good selection to keep me going for a while. Beautiful pictures that really work up an appetite and feel for all things Spanish, also learnt a few new words.
