Fantastic, painless and easy detangling is achieved by using a firmer pressure; Unlike conventional brushes the Magic Flowerpot can be used from roots to ends and mid-length to ends; Detangle hair by using brush strokes from the underneath of the hair with the teeth pointing upwards. Alternatively, brush from the top of the hair pointing the teeth downwards; Not recommended for use with heated appliances; Rinse Magic Flowerpot with warm water after using any kind of product; Dry at room temperature. Do not dry teeth on a radiator or with your hairdryer; Clean teeth using a toothbrush. Lightly brush through the teeth with soapy water once a week. Rinse thoroughly

I love tangle teezer, we have three. I have strong minded children with very tangly hair that now look presentable. Tangle teezer did change our mornings. The invention is brilliant. However, I bought this pink one so my daughter could take it swimming and keep her hair bobbles dry in the pot and the brush protected. It doesn't work like that as the pot only works to rest the brush on. Turn it upside down and everything falls out. It doesn't claim to be a pot to transport things in but is useful to know when you are buying it. Very cute for the dressing table, and we kept it because it was cute.

After months of tears from my 5 year old daughter every time we tried to brush her very curly and very cottery hair, I decided to look for something better than the detangling sprays which we'd been using because they were not very effective.
Google brought me to Amazon and the Tangle Teezer. After reading all the good reviews I decided it was worth a shot.
I bought the pink flower pot one as I thought it might encourage my daughter to use it more than a regular brush.
When it arrived we got the usual screaming and shouting about not having her hair brushed, we said just let us try it and see otherwise we'll have to cut off the cotters as they were that bad.
My daughter finally gave in and though she kicked up a bit of a fuss she actually said that she really liked the brush.
Now her hair is tangle free and she even brushes her own hair.
A side effect of this brush is that her hair is also more shiny and a bit straighter (and therefore looks longer).
Anyway, my wife and I were so impressed that we've ordered another one (not pink this time though) for ourselves.
To the guy who invented it I raise my hat, well done sir!
If you or a loved one are blighted by cotters, do not delay buy it today!

I brought this as a christmas pressie for my niece of 9 years, her long blonde hair is always in a tangle, I already have the bog standard one which I use for my daughter who has the curliest hair in the world , used in the right way they are the most effective thing i have found to detangle , worth purchasing , this one in the pot is lovely as a gift. try one you wont be dissapointed. quick delivery really pleased

its ok to get tangles out but it just doesnt grab the hair like a real brush does so it feels like your not really brushing the hair
