"Tame a Wild Stallion", the second book in the Stallion line, was a nice follow up to the first which I adored. In this tale, wild and carefree brother Mark Stallion loves his life of hard work and hard play. He is a motorcycle loving free spirit who meets his match when he walks in Michelle "Mitch" Coleman's shop to have his bike checked. Expecting a man, when Mitch walks out Mark is floored and the deep chemistry between the two is apparent immediately.
In Mitch and Mark's story, author Deborah Fletcher Mello weaves a tantalizing tale that includes love, intriguing and a mysterious drama involving Mitch. We get to know Mark better after being introduced to him in the first book of the trilogy and come to know Mitch too, a strong, determined yet passionate woman.
While following the story of the lead characters we also get caught up on the other characters associated with the Stallion family that we came to know and love in the first book. If I had any complaint it was that the side story of mystery was just okay, not great, for me.
This was an interesting story and a good follow up to John and Marah's tale. I look forward to the next book in the Stallion line.
