My Granddaughter loves this toy, and her Mum plays on it too especially when sat waiting in the car to collect he children. It's bright colours mean it is not easily lost.

This tamagotchi is a good-quality virtual pet, version 6 and not at all advanced enough to be called that, let alone "tamagotchi music star". Really exciting and catchy name, really boring and old-fashioned toy.
I have tryed to write a concise review of each aspect of this toy: FUN: It can be fun at the start, but gets boring as its growth gets slower and the games get stale. EDUCATIONAL: Not educational, I wouldn't call it schoolwork and neither would anyone else. DURABILITY: Mine broke after about 1 year of fun gameplay. Quite durable, other people's have lasted up to five years! OVERALL: Attractive, some people's first choice for new tama, populaer for its looks, very boring after a while. Not the thing for experienced tamagotchi owners! Yes, as you've guessed, it's best for ages 6-12. Younger will choke on it or break it, older have other things to do. But there is no harm in it unless the child is so young he/she might choke on it, or if you have any pets that might do the same.

Daughter seems to be pleased with it, although not as popular as some other gifts received
