Although it is quite energy efficient, in many ways, this is one of the worst freezers I have ever owned.
I bought it because my previous freezer had died and it was one of the few available that would fit in the narrow space in my kitchen. Although about 3 inches taller than it's predecessor, and only 1/2 inch narrower the usable internal capacity was about 2 cubic feet less, partly due to the large amount of space lost by the integral fan unit in the top section and partly due to very thick insulation in the sides and back.
The rear of the top compartment slopes downwards at an angle, which makes it difficult to put vertical sided containers such as ice cream tubs towards the back of it or to put a large loaf of bread in there.
The plastic drawers are small front to back, but quite deep, and very badly designed. It is fine if you only put a few bits in each drawer, like in the pictures on websites, but if you fill the drawers to capacity it is very difficult to get anything in or out of the drawer without first removing it fully from the freezer itself. It is then a real struggle to get the drawer put back into the freezer and correctly located on it's runners. The sides of the drawers have a raised hook shaped moulding at the back that is supposed to prevent the drawer coming all the way out by accident by catching on a stopper moulded into the sides of the freezer cabinet. To remove the drawer fully it has to be tipped up at an angle to disengage the hooks. To return the drawer to it's place it must again be tipped up to the correct angle to get the hooks past the stops.
More often than not the edge of the drawer will miss or fall off one of the runners and then get jammed at an angle because the runners are not wide enough to prevent this happening. Sometimes the drawer refitting problem is exacerbated further by the wire support shelves falling down when they catch the bottom of the drawer (as it drops off the runner) or the one above falls down because the hooks in the drawer sides catch it - result "Freezer-Rage"!!!!. An elderly or infirm person could find this a real problem - trying to hold a heavy drawer and get it in and out when it keeps getting stuck.
The only good points about are that it is frost free, energy efficient and narrow.
I would not buy this freezer again.
