I really liked the cloth (nice and strong for a paper one) and the polka dots were obviously taken from the original illustration, you can kind of tell. However, the issue I had was that there were no bits of watermelon or any sign of the very hungry caterpillar himself! I would think children would be disappointed unless you buy the napkins too, which have the caterpillars on them... So buy it, but buy the napkins too!

This is a great table cover. Really big, feels and looks good quality. I bought it for my son's 4th birthday party but it could easily be used for girl's/boy's party of any age, and even for grown up's party too.
