My 7 year old and 4 year old love this CD! The 2 stories are great - very funny and entertaining. Jack Dee is spot on in his reading of it and really brings all the characters to life - especially the cat!
What a fantastic audio book! I got it for my children, 5 and 6 years old but I soon found myself and my 12 year old listening in. It is very clever and funny. We all love it. Jack Dee's narration is exceptional. He really gave life and a credible personality to the killer cat. My girls have listened to the cd numerous times and they anticipate the twists in Jack Dee's intonation and the jokes and they still giggle and laugh every time. They even remember the funniest bits or use some of the phrases while playing other games. It is by far their favourite cd in a good collection and it never fails to cheer them up. This audio book is a real diamond.
This kept us sane on 6 hour car journey to Cornwall, and the kids loved it too. Very, very funny and Jack Dee is a perfect Tuffie [the cat!]. Ten out of ten, five stars, don't miss this it's great!
