Really nice to be able to dip into these little taster sized stories. Varied and interesting. Great to have on your mobile kindle to be able to dip into when you have a few minutes here and there to yourself.

Mostly bought it for the Arab Spring story but have enjoyed many of the others too!

It' the first time i have read a book of mini stories, i found it such a good read and loved the 'Mothers Ruin' this was entertaining and funny well done Nicola Collins

I had high hopes of a book filled with new writers however what I recieved was a book full of amature writers. The book could have done with some serious professional imput, you can see where the writers are going but you see then not making the mark, some reworking would have improved most of the stories.
There are however a couple of stories that are worth the effort to discover

Tales From the Café Volume One In the middle of this book there is one story that has a positive feel and a happy ending, although it does also consider shelling an innocent pub!

As for the rest, all I can say is it's sad that our national psyche must be descending into the pit, otherwise why would anyone want to read about fear, loneliness, despair and death, however well written?
