Format:Hardcover
Well researched and thought provoking book on how to manage and secure talent in these challenging times. Mr Johnson's book is full of insights that if only implemented would go along way to securing talent and reducing the poor people management that is the cause many unnecessary departures in numerous organisations today. If you are serious about being a more effective people manager and talent agent then I would highly recommend you read and apply some of the many excellent suggestions and tips detailed in this book.

Four out of five as I felt a chapter based on best practices on how HR and others can break through the to often "deaf ears" of management before a crisis comes along would of been additional benefit.
