This set is a little more expensive than some, but it has a 1/3 measuring cup, which is a must have. The first time I used this, I immediately noticed how moist and perfect my pastry was. I was previously using a measuring jug and the spelt flour pastry was dry and hard to work with (it is less elastic than wheat flour). They look and feel lovely to use. Great that they can be unclipped from the ring. I am extremely pleased.
