About the Author
Gudrun Burkhard was born in Brazil, where she still lives and works. She is a physician and co-founder of the Tobias Clinic in Sao Paulo. She has been leading biography workshops since 1977 in the Americas and Europe.

Each time I reread it, I get a little more from this book.

At first, when a great friend gave me this book I thought with myself: "Uh, another self help book".
With time going forward, and reading it for the second time, I could begin to grasp the real and true mean of "Taking Charge".
Nowadays, I use it as my companion for life and rereadit every once a while.
