The book centers around 'Abbafab', the hugely popular Abba tribute band, are in trouble. In the band there are two sisters; however Gemma has just broken her ankle and finding a new singer to fill her white platform boots at such late notice isn't going to be easy. But desperate times call for desperate measures, and the youngest Redden sister, Mia, reluctantly agrees to don the blonde wig and sky-blue hot pants. The story is really about the complexities between the family and the hidden secrets that eventually service. The eldest sister is struggling with not feeling attractive and almost embarks on a affair, while the youngest is just finding love, while the middle sister is seeking out a new lief. Good chick lit with some twists.

I always enjoy Sarah Webb's books and this is another good one. Based around an Abba tribute band, the characters are likeable and the story flows nicely. Great read

Good read! 28 May 2007
Format:Paperback
Although predictable and slightly rushed ending, I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Based around an Abba-tribute band, the characters are strong and naming each of the chapters after an Abba song was a neat trick, tying the whole thing together. Would recommend.
