Despite it being nearly to years to the day when this final ever Terrorvision gig was performed, this is an essential item fir any fan of rock music, yet alone Terrorvision fans.
Why? Well this was the bands last ever show, in front of a 2000 strong crowd, in their hometown of bradford.
The band simply played their hearts out to stunning effect, with favourite Terrorvision songs such as 'Perseverance', 'Oblivion', 'Alice, Whats The Matter?', 'Fists Of Fury' and 'Celebritly Hit list' to name a few. With 27 songs in all, spread over 2 disc's, this is a bargain. The recording really captures the band at their very best, and this is essentially a greatest hits set performed to perfection. Not only that though. Before the gig the band let the fans choose 10 songs which are not usually performed by the band (non singles and b-sides). This gives further depth and variety into the gig. Not only that it means you get tracks such as 'Tea Dance', 'Too Stoned to Dance', 'This Drinking Will Kill Me', If I Was You' and the ska 'Go Jerry' amoungst others. All the usual hits ('Pretend Best Friend', 'Discoteque Wreck ect) make the cut too.
If that's not enough you also get a bonus DVD of recent interviews with the band (58 mins worth of material), but the excellence of this package truly comes with the 2 CD's. As for a Terrorvision video collection, bombard EMi with emails and you never know!

5.0 out of 5 stars I. Was. THERE!! 10 Jun 2004
Format:Audio CD
In the front row, to be exact! Yes, I witnessed music history first hand. The fabulous, the incredible, the MIGHTY Terrorvision's final bow ... and what a night it was! There were tears, there were sad farewells between the legions of fans who (myself included) had spent years following this one in a million band, and most importantly, there was the music itself. As always, Terrorvision were s*it hot - the playing was tight, Tony was as animated as ever and there was an electricity in the air ... the fans, and the band, knew that THIS gig, their FINAL gig, would be the BEST gig they'd ever played. And they were right ... all the hits, album favourites, b-sides and even the seldom played Tea Dance get an airing and a good, if slightly sad time was had by all. This was a fitting swansong for a band that's entertained, amused and rocked out for 13 years.
Oh, and I'm on the cover for the cd. ;o)
