Well, it may not have sold well at the time but it contains several Take That classics and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Some really good songs on there, and even though it didn't do as well as it should have when it was first on sale, it's still a really great album and it's AMAZING!

You can't go wrong with ordering a Take That CD - whether it is the oldest or the latest. This is a fun album and worth purchasing to see what you missed if you only discovered Take That when they came back with Patience.

The mid-90s aren't quite far enough away to be an object of nostalgia, but this album has a better claim than most for future cult status. The jolly cover - five smiling people leaping into the air, with a little logo - shows that the band's image was still being worked on, at a time when such a thing was just starting to be accepted as something mainstream artists could do in a kitsch way. As for the music, Take That stood out from their progeny by dint of the fact that they did fast songs as well as slow songs - Boyzone, for example, only do slow songs. 'It Only Takes a Minute', 'Could it be Magic' and 'A Million Love Songs' were top ten hits ('I Found Heaven' only got to number 15, for some reason), and although 'Everything Changes' has a higher hit quota, this album is nonetheless essential to an understanding of the band and their place in popular culture. It was nice to be alive in 1992, and there's a case for arguing that this album was the rebirth of pop music, and that most of the singles in the charts circa mid-2001 are there because of this.

I never realised how many good songs were on this album! I asked for Everything Changes for christmas but recieved both albums. After listening to Everything Changes I put Take That and Party on and was suprised to find myself falling in love with it. It's full of energetic 90s pop, as well as the brilliant ballads. I just wish I'd been born 10 years earlier so I could enjoy it all as it was happening! This has quickly become my favorite Take That Mk.I album.

This CD contains all of Take That's early tracks. A really good fun, catchy CD with songs that are really easy to listen to, from a band that were actually very talented, despite what a lot of people thought. I play this CD a lot, especially if I need cheering up or want to listen to something light. A really good CD that captures the rawness of their early days.

Said it All - so to speak.
The boys back in the day before they were men - but didn't they sing up a storm. Some great Barlow Classics on this one
