bullies are bad people. people with insecurities. this book effectively teaches you how to deal with bullies of all kinds, from the school playground of a child bully to your boss. it teaches you why the bully and bullies and how to stop them in their track. maybe in the process you could make the bully your best friend.

someone once said life is about making friends not enemies.
