I've read about 25 books of this series & for the most part they are fun reading sometimes they are a little short.

I loved the ending .Wanted to jump in the book and hug them all. Ryan and company are victims of a crime but are in tune with the evils of the Deathlands and overcome adversaries with unfamiliar second-hand tools.They bcome vigilantes with a simple justice system -the judge is in the blasters chambers-the jury is mobile-the evidence is clear-the verdict is guily.In the Deathlands crime STILL does't pay.

It's off on another adventure through the mat-trans system. A variation of earlier themes but everyone gets picked up this time. Still a very good series, but needs a totally new story like actually staying in a space station until they learn how to work the mat-trans system a little bit like learning the prefix for earth based redoubts. Maybe get in touch with the predecessors of the outlanders(A series that takes place 100 years after Ryan & co.). It's the end of July...Where's the next book???
