the video is very good , it starts of with a demonstration of the whole form and then the scenary changes and it takes you through the individual movements stage by stage , and is able to give a detailed practical guide . the sound is a bit dodgy in places but the visual side of the video is excellent .I would recommend this to beginners of tai chi and those who are interested in the art, this video in conjunction with a book would be superb source of reference.

Firstly let me say Ronnie puts across his knowledge of Tai Chi well. After a demonstration of the Short Form he goes through it slowly explaining thoroughly as he goes along. I particularly liked the inclusion of students - and their gentle correction - something I recall too vividly from visiting my teacher.
You might then ask why only three stars - well the production lets the video down - there really is too much background noise - an airfield and a city centre wasteland - come on who decided to record there? So Ronnie - if you want an extra star chose your location with greater care next time - and I look forward to your next production :o)
