Format:Paperback
Douglas Wile has produced another fine book. Not only is the material concise and clear to understand but the pictures in it helps one to see the similarity it has with the Tai chi form, even though the names for the postures may be different. After reading this book, it has helped in understanding more on the history of the development of Taichi chuan which a lot of people don't really research into, and this book has done this in a beautiful way and it has given me a more rounded picture on the history of Taichi. I thoroughly recommend this book and I think this is a great contribution from Douglas Wile to the art of Tai chi chuan.
