Dr Lam's videos are excellent for beginners or advance students alike. They have clear and precise instuctions and use ordinary people to demonstrate the moves. Each move is shown 3 - 4 times frome different angles making it easier to understand. Although this video is aimed at people with Diabetes you don't have to have Diabetes to enjoy it. The video starts with a short introdution to Tai Chi, then you are taken through the warm up exercises. The next step is to show you the wind down exercises so that at the end of each lesson (there are 11 in all) you know what you should be doing. This is followed by an excellent Qigong exercise for stress before you are taken on to step by step movements of the form. The video ends with a demonstration of the form (both from the front and the back) by Dr Paul Lam. I would say this is an ideal video for anyone who want's to learn Tai Chi but dosn't have a lot of time.
