Great tutition, easy to follow instructions, much easier to follow then some of them that I have tried. The instructor tells which leg/arm you are going to use and moving your weight, etc. This is the short 24 yang style. You will soon be flowing like the strong river in the scenes!

Having practised tai chi many years ago I am not silly enough to think I can just "hop" back into it. This DVD is ideal for beginners and those returning to tai chi. The moves are set out so you can feel you are quickly mastering them which is important to those just taking this up. Worth the price as some others are a bit wooden in the presentation, then again others are a bit too "gung ho!" The balance seems about right.
