The video follows on from tai chi for arthritis part one. Part two has a simple warm up pattern, and then goes on to show the reverse form of the first tape, and 0 new, more complicated moves.
The teaching pattern is very clear. The move is first demonstrated in its entirety, and then broken into component parts. These are just the right length for the hold and rewind function of the video player. After the move has been learnt, it is shown added on to the previous sequence. So after move 12 is learnt, you join the group doing moves 1-12, after move 13 you do 1-13 and so on.
There is always a clear front and back view of the moves, and it is the nearest thing to working in a real class that you can get.
Although it is titled tai chi for arthritis, it is suitable for almost everyone with restricted mobility or physical difficulties.
