I took a Tai Chi class back in college and it was awesome. By the end of the semester I was able to feel my inner energy, it happened once but it changed me. Things happens and I found myself not practicing anymore so I decided to get a book about tai chi.

I wish this book would have some pictures, there are none, but the book is still useful. For those new to tai chi, they will be able to learn the basics, and there are even forms and postures, there is a section about the gear but I would say wear comfortable clothes and that’s all.
