Healthy eating 31 July 2009
By Mrs Mop
Bought myself a tagine, so bought this book to go with it. Very good recipes, and I am enjoying cooking with my tagine. Very healthy eating, as it spices that are used, not a lot of fat present at all.

Great Little Book 8 Dec 2009
Quite a small book but with such a lot packed into it. For someone developing an interest in trying the enormous variety of delicious flavours of North African food it is the perfect book to buy. Especially as a means of getting some experience of this style of cooking. You won't regret it. Tremendous value for money.

Brilliant
This is a great book with some amazing and delicious recipes to try out. I wish it would include more tagine recipes but still very good ideas. Very happy.

There are Tagines and then there are Tagines
Was hoping for more tagine recipes using the actual earthenware tagines themselves. Still, I suppose the book is good for those people then that don't have one

Quite thin but clear
The cookbook was advertised with the tagine so we bought it. Have not made the recipes yet but bought the items for the first one. It is a thin book. Read more

Not many tagines in a book supposedly about tagines!
I should have read mankynoodle's review before wasting my money on this book. Having recently bought a tagine pot, I was hoping for lots of tagine recipes in a book that refers to... Read more

Tagine dishes
A handy quick reference collection of tagine dishes. Practical recipes using easily obtainable ingrediants. Well adapted for the western palatte. Enjoy.

Where's the tagine?
Unfortunately I bought this in the hope it would show me how to use my tagine(a gift) but it doesn't! It does instruct you how to make dishes called tagines. Very disappointed :-(
