The tae-bo workout for those over 30. Well, this 38-year-old loved it, felt that the moves were properly explained (you must do that section first if you are new to tae-bo), and that it really was suitable for all fitness levels and ages. The people in the class certainly suggested that, being a real mixed bag! I am going to be brave and do some harder tae-bo DVDs as well when I feel a bit more confident, but that won't make this one redundant, as you need different levels of exercise for different days, don't you? Terrific fun.
