After trying the first "believers" workout, I bought this one, and I instantly loved it! You are twisting throughout the workout which made me really sore since I had not been working out very long, but it shrunk my waist! I would agree with reviews that this might not be for you if you have been working out regularly. That said, I still use it after well over a year of DAILY TaeBo because when there is too much down time for me, I just fill it in with another move, or I speed it up. That's the beauty of TaeBo and Billy Blanks- he tells you to modify as you need to. I started TaeBo after having bunion surgery and gaining 30 lbs. I never had to work out before. Now my mom does it after having spine surgery a year ago. I wish I could get my grandma to try this DVD! Billy blanks is a great trainer because he explains how to do everything safely.
