Finally Tad should find their way into the public conscience for the first time since the days of Mudhoney and Nirvana. This is a wonderful documentary that spells out how a great band can suddenly find their progress derailed by a mixture of bad management, bad luck and vast amounts of drugs and booze.
Tad were heavy, Tad is heavy, a massive man with a big heart and a love for crunchingly heavy rock. However in amongst all of this, they did produce some fantastic tunes which you'll find snippets of herein.
If you love a good story and want to cheer for an underdog, then dive in.

TAD busted circuits and ringing ears is a mixture of documentary and music videos.
Basically the DVD is a documentary around the earlier years of the TAD, the Sub-Pop era, the English Tour with Nirvana, the band history and the Seattle grunge scene in general. The documentary focuses more on the TAD/Nirvana tour era. It includes interviews from all members of TAD at the time and other bands around that scene.
The DVD is a good insight in TAD generally if your not already in the know(I.E. you think they're all lumberjacks).
It also Includes about selectable 5 music videos as well as cracking music all the way through the documentary which also gets blasted out between interviews.
This is a good insight into how the band started/got to the top of the game despite commercial hurdles like album covers getting pulled by Pepsi and reformed swingers, all this becomes clear with this Excellent insight into the heavy foundations of TAD.
