I have use this digital box for a few years now are here are my thoughts:

1. The menu system is very well laid out and is very easy to navigate through.

2. The controller is well laid out and easy to use.

3. It may not be appealing to people with HDTV's since it still plugs into a scart socket than an HDMI socket.

4. Now for the reason NOT TO BUY THIS. Occasionally this box can run without problems but more often than not you will select a channel, wait about 30 seconds and the box will reset giving you a black screen and boot up a random channel. This is extremely annoying and there are currently no software updates to fix it.

Even though the navigation system on this box is great the disadvantages of my 4th point out weigh them so i would recommend you look else where for a digital box.

This was my second set-top box, after I bought a cheap one and found it wouldn't tune properly. This triangular one is really excellent and the makers are very helpful if you have any queries. The only fault I can find with it is that occasionally it is very sensitive to switches going on and off in the vicinity, for example a lift. When that happens the box turns itself off and on again. Very annoying, but it doesn't happen often. Otherwise this box is excellent and picks up all stations with a good clear signal.

Absolutely superb piece of kit. Basic picture quality is good and the service from this vendor was superb. Item was missing a component when delivered, but they took my call over the weekend and resolved the issue immediately.
