I've had the Nordic Walking Cross Trainer for 1 week now and it's perfect for me.
The instructions were a little daunting and we managed to put the arms on the wrong way around, however if you do this the clock/counter will never work.
Swapping the arms over to face outwards solved the problem and away I went!
I love the colour, makes me want to use it every day.
I'm 53 years old, heavier than I'd like, don't diet or exercise and I have a dodgy hip.
I found the machine very quiet and very easy to use while watching tv.
There's no impact on any joints and you can go at your own speed.
This week I began using it for 10 minutes and I've already increased the time to 30 mins and burning 500 calories!!!
It is very easy to use and it must be working as my heart rate goes up and I feel warmer but I don't feel as though I'm going to blow a fuse.
My leg and arm muscles feel as though they've done some exercise but don't actually hurt.
All in all an excellent piece of equipment for me.
