For years now I've loved most of the projects that Hugh has undertaken...this was I believe his starter...the programmes are currently be shown on the 'Good Food' channel and shows the public and their way towards food in an eccentric light, but there again that's being just British.
The Book lists many recipes from the series and I like looking through it and remembering certain programmes around them.
May not be everyones cup of tea...but there's always drinking chocolate...

I purchased this via seller on Amazon and is quite an older version, imagine latest publication may have up-dated recipes. Good overall, not all recipes to my personal taste, but still a good buy
